Job Description:

- Effective implementation of HR processes like Manpower & Organization Planning, Talent acquisition, Compensation Planning, Performance appraisal and Reward management etc.

- Handling Training /Development. (Ensure Nominations for training conducted Tracking & nominations, Post Training follow up activity).

- Personal Management & Employee Engagement.

- Train New Joinees as Per the Company Standards.

- Recruitment& Selection.

- Ensuring smooth flow of various HR activities by coordinating with other HR executives / Departments.

- Ensuring timely completion of performance review process.

- Assist in preparing HR Policies.

- Rewards & Recognition for the employees.

- Exit interviews & Full & Final settlement.

- Coordinating meetings and preparing minutes of meetings etc.

- Summer Internship and enrollment of new hires for Induction
