Responsibilities:
Purpose of Position:
- Drive Market share growth in the antimicrobial (New technology) end-use market segment through development, implementation and tracking of Key Marketing Initiatives.
- In specific area of expertise, lead new product projects from business case development, launch planning, implementation and follow-up.
Scope of Position:
- Scope: Global /local
- Portfolio: Apparel & Technical textile end-user market segment. (Shirts, knits and bottom weights)
- Accountability: Accountable for successfully achieving growth targets for respective Key Marketing Initiatives
Principal Accountabilities:
Key Marketing Initiatives:
- In line with defined end-use strategic direction and priorities, develop annual proposals for Key Marketing Initiatives (KMI) in allocated product area, including new product launch plans, end-use concepts and marketing campaigns.
- Based on in-depth market knowledge, propose KMI focus areas by region and propose targets for incremental sales increase.
- Develop value propositions and marketing documentation in support of the KMIs, differentiating N9 WTPL's specific competitive advantage through presentation of success stories, commercial models, support tools available, etc.
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications (Marcom) to develop concept brief and follow up on development and execution of Marcom materials. Review and sign off on technical and end-use market data accuracy.
- On an ongoing basis track and monitor KMI results against targets. Prepare and participate in regional KMI reviews. Propose solutions to identified bottlenecks.
- Establish and build strong relationships with key decision makers at our customers to better understand unmet needs in technology and performance requirements and track market dynamics
- Contribute to long term end-user strategic direction setting
New Product Launches:
- Following identification of new product ideas, evaluate market opportunity and assess market potential.
- Work with the commercial teams to define and qualify accessible market potential, plan pre-launch trials, and coordinate execution of product launches with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for inventory planning and forecasting up to 6 months for defined product launches.
- Ensure commercial teams commit to new product plans in sales forecasts.
- Coordinate development and implementation of technical and commercial training for new product launches.
- Represent marketing organization as required in technology demand and supply meetings with regards to new product launches and specific marketing campaigns.
- Provide input to new product innovation ideas.
- Support Sales and Operations
- For defined product group, support the commercial organization on KMI presentation in strategic customer interfaces, trade fairs, customer seminars, industry symposia, etc.
- Represent marketing / end user segment in various internal meetings and decision forums. (e.g. Regional Operational Meetings)
- In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.

- Able to work globally across multiple functional division. Internal stakeholders include: Brand and Retail, Commercial teams, Technical Resources, Research & Technology, Marketing Communication, Supply Chain and Operations
External:
- Represents Resil at key Customers and Customer Events.

- Technical knowledge of pre-treatment, FWA and dyeing an advantage

Experience: 10 to 15 years of progressive experience of Channel sales in the textile industry with a strong background in WET processing....Must
Qualification: Bachelor degree or equivalent in Textile chemistry or engineering
Target Industries: Chemical (Textile)
Most Important Thing: Candidate should be experienced in Pre-Treatment, Dyeing, etc.

Salary (Min & Max) :17-18 L (Including variables and incentives)
Working hours: 9.30-6 pm (Flexible timing for Sales profile) / 6 days (2nd 3rd Sat off)
