Job Title : Sr Executive/Asst Manager HR
Reports to (Job) : Associate Director - HR
Location : Gurgaon
Summary of Job:
- Responsible for core HR function in Corporate Organization.
Essential Function:
- Handle Recruitment for all Business Units and functions at Corporate level
- Provide recruitment support to other BU's as and when needed
- MNC working experience an added advantage
- Should have experience in implementation of processes In HR
- Along with senior executives, driving the India MBA Program in partnership with different Colleges to facilitate hiring of MBA's etc from various Management Campuses.
- Designing recruitment tools and processes that relate directly to business needs, including selection and assessment tools, customized sourcing initiatives and talent management best practices
- Drive new/strategic projects periodically
- Ensure publishing of annual Communication Calendar and execution
- Drive Employee opinion survey administration & reporting
- Manage various Induction programs
- Planning and Execution of HR Council meetings
- Supporting and participating is all other HR processes
Job Qualifications
Education - Minimum Required Level: MBA HR / Marketing
Experience - Minimum Required: Between 2 to 4 years
Knowledge And Skills - Required:
- Should have good communication skills, Interpersonal savvy, Drive for Results, broad thinking capabilities.
