JOB DESCRIPTION -
- The incumbent will be responsible for playing the role of a HR representative for a group of people. He/She will be responsible for entire gamut of HR generalist activities including Recruitment, Induction & Orientation, Compensation, Increments, promotions, transfers, OJT’s, setting the KRA’s, Identifying the key performers, Reward & Recognition, Employee Welfare activities, Grievance handling, PMS, Training, Strategic assignments, and MIS/Skill inventory. He shall manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
DESIRED PROFILE -
- The candidate should be a MBA (HR), MSW, MA (Psychology). All full time courses with 60% and above in academics. Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation. Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist role. The incumbent should have the basic knowledge of software development process, various technical skills in the IT industry. He should be able to implement the policies, procedures and systems. He should have passion to work with people, ability to lead and motivate people and ability to maintain relationships at all levels.
