HR -Sr. Exec/AM HR - Mumbai

Qualification - MBA (HR)

- 70% Compensation & benefits 30% Generalist role

- Works with finance in collating information relevant to monthly payroll rollout like stop pay instructions or loss of pay calculation. May be responsible for maintaining and updating information systems like unit specific C&B data or information systems.

- May support senior colleagues in rolling out merit salary increases or promotions related increases.

- Monthly Payroll Execution

- Prepare trends, reports for management to take decisions on various C&B issues.

- Individual contributor managing payroll for a small company. Prepares wage and salary payroll. May be responsible for maintenance of personnel database (HRIS). Compiles periodic reports on payroll matters. The role will be required to furnish various kinds of information as and when required to the HR management on matters relating to payroll

- Uses entry level & intermediate technical knowledge to provide assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of human resource policies, programs, and practices.

- Incentive Plans – Responsible for Incentive Plan communication & payouts

- Business HR & Operational support

- Encouraging HR & Business Partnership for adherence on the process for Respective Business

- Legal Compliance

- Employee Lifecycle management
