This is Amit from Mount Talent consulting firm in Noida. We are having opening for Engineering Manager/Sr. Engineering Manager position with a core product base company in E-commerce domain.

Engineering Manager: The Engineering team is young, talented, creative and supercharged. We are dedicated to the mission of building the most technologically advanced e-commerce platform in India. You would get to work on latest cutting edge technology and build a state of art e-commerce platform from scratch.

Location: New Delhi

Position: Engineering Manager / Sr. Engineering Manager

Engineering Managers need to be technical leaders and motivators who are comfortable leading teams in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is self motivated and detail oriented with experience working in a fast-pace software development environment.

Candidate Profile:

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment

- Should be results oriented, proactive and showing overall leadership quality

- Design and build extremely reliable, scalable and high performing enterprise systems in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible.

- Own end-to-end availability and performance of Our’s services.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of relevant hands-on technical management experience of software engineers.

- Bachelor / Master’s degree in CS/ME/IT/related technology (IIT’s, REC’s, BITS, etc preferred)

Required Skills:

- Java web development experience on large scale, high-volume sites or web applications.

- Good knowledge of Core Java concepts.

- Experience in at least three of these skills: Spring 3.0 (core, MVC, aop), Hibernate, jQuery, JMS, Webservices, memcached, MongoDB, SOLR.

- Experience with "faster, lighter" Java tools including Refactoring IDE's, Spring, Hibernate and other open source technologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
