Sr Engineering/Development Manager

- Responsible for over all SDLC

- Involved in estimation and planning

- Deep Technical expertise

- Good hands on Product Development experience

- Management and execution of day-to-day activities within an Agile/Scrum environment

- Relationship & stakeholder Management

- Management of departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team

- Good exp in architecting, designing and developing the best technical design and approach

- Startegy management

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

- 12-16 years of experience of Prodcut Development and engineering

- Strong Computer Science fundamentals

Proficient in any of the programming language --C, C++, C#, Java, or PERL
