- Senior Engagement Manager - Total Outsourcing - Client Engagement - Total Outsourcing

Experience/Skills

- 10-12+ years of Client facing front line sales experience with reasonable understanding on Application, Infrastructure and process outsourcing.10-12 Years experience

Roles and Responsibility

- Senior engagement Manager required leading sales in respective geographies for large multi-year outsourcing programs across Application, Infrastructure & Process Outsourcing.

- Achieve TCV and GM quota. Business Development:

1. Aggressively scan for prospects and create awareness about Wipro TOS offerings, credentials & Benefits.

2. Manage a diverse range of lead sources (Wipro GTM, Industry forums, Alliances) to ensure a continuous in-flow of prospects for Wipro.

3. Anticipate emerging opportunities prior to formal bid requests with sufficient time to influence.

Opportunity Qualification & Pursuit:

1. Build strong relationship at C level and engage consistently for steady inflow of decision making parameters & critical success factors.

2. Define system atic engagement plan with Client sponsors, Advisors, Alliances, leveraging Wipro leadership for effective opportunity pursuit.

3. Facilitate thorough review of opportunities with specialists, Leadership to identify benefits.

4. Understands the client’s industry trends, challenges for effective creation of Value proposition.

5. Competitive Intelligence Track and feedback for effective refineme nt of Wipro pursuit strategies.

1. Develop coverage plan for effective business development.

2. Execute systematic engagement, leverage Wipro skills, Strengths across corporate

3. Adherence to reporting, review and compliance to Wipro policies.
