Sr. Engagement Manager

Position : Sr. Engagement Manager for our office in Bangalore

- Candidate with 4-5 years of experience post their Masters/MBA in the Corporate finance domain (typically someone who has done thematic research in companies like Amba, Copal, Irevna, Evalueserve, etc).

- Has good client management experience and displays thought leadership

- Excellent written and oral communication.

- Has experience of leading a team of about 2-5 people.

- MBA/Masters in Finance from one of the leading colleges.

Roles and responsibility:

- Manage a US-based client engagement. Financial Analysis around company performance within a specific industry, and strategic recommendations on way-forward.

- Lead a team of 2-3 analysts (the team size to begin with is small, however it will ramp up to a bigger size as the engagement grows), provide directions to them on day-to-day workings.

- Grow the client revenues through quality delivery, engagement and thought leadership

CTC of INR 10 – 12 L.
