About our Client - Our client is one of the largest multinational banking and financial services company. The technology and service part of the group plays a pivotal role in redefining customer experience and driving down the cost of production. In line with expansion of this particular unit of the business our client is seeking a senior employee communications manager who can develop strategic employee communication campaigns for the achievement of set business objectives and goals of redefining customer experience and reducing unit cost of production.

Job Description - Reporting into Global Head of Communications - Technology and Services; your core responsibilities will entail:

- Developing and executing communications campaigns

- Ensuring these campaigns are correctly targeted, reach the right audience and are executed within budgets

- Developing and executing high quality, innovative campaigns and projects aligned to the organizational strategy

- Developing accurate measurable to evaluate sustained and periodic impact of campaigns and initiatives on business objectives

- Tracking and measuring the success of communication programmes and provide feedback to business stakeholders.

- Ensuring compliance with banks policies, standards and governance for employee communications

- Ensure alignment and positioning of the brand both internally and externally in line with the Group guidelines.

The Successful Candidate - You hold an MBA from tier 1 institution. You have been in communications or media field for minimum of 10- 12 years and bring a proven track record of obtaining excellent performance from teams and individuals. You also have a track record of success in terms of developing, managing and implementing employee communication plans translating into tangible, practical delivery programmes apart from that you are a team player and good at creating lasting, positive relationships with key stakeholder groups
