Sr Director/VP - HR - IT

Looking to hire a Head of HR for a leading IT Service company, report into President India Operartion.

This role will have the primary responsibility of heading the entire HR function for the Organisation.

This person would need to oversee :

- The entire life cycle of talent acquisition, talent development and talent management (performance development, career growth management, top talent management, etc)

- Compensation and benefits

- Rewards and recognition initiatives

- Organization development / Learning and development programs

- Defining and developing HR policies, programs and practices to create and maintain a high performing work place.

- HR operations

- Providing leadership and counseling to management and staff on all aspects of employee engagement

- Partnering with all business leaders and enabling their success through HR support

- Moving the India organization to higher level of business excellence using PCMM or equivalent programs

- Be ready to manage HR functions of multiple countries (global delivery centers)

- Rolling out the corporate HR policies

A minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible human resources and management experience and strong people management skill required.

The candidate should have experience in Talent acquisition and Talent management in IT Services company.
