Description: Sr. Director-Finance (E-commerce/Retail)

- Lead the finance team and work closely with senior management of Retail function

- Prepare monthly performance analysis along with Retail business dashboard with detailed variance analysis vs forecast/plan

- Prepare/Review key pricing

- Work closely with Retail Buying team and create a negotiation framework to improve Margins.

- Drive Cross functional projects to improve profitability.

- Report and Drive detailed category wise costing for & continuously improve the same.

- Support monthly management reporting and Retail Business Review.

- Work with Finance and Accounting team to drive month close process and review

CA with 10+ yrs of exp in the area of Business Partnering with Marketing & Sales function desirably in FMCG/E-commerce/Retail
