Reports to - National Leader

Job Responsibilities:

- To spearhead existing Corporate Restructuring business

- Scaling of Corporate Restructuring practice of the company

- Nurturing & retaining team.

- Ensuring quality in assignment execution & client deliverables.

- Ensuring proper system in place for documentation as per internal processes & system.

- Achieving yearly business targets set by the management.

- Cross marketing various other service lines to the clients.

- Regularly updating regulatory knowledge and communicating the same to the Team.

- Adhering to various internal policies.
