About our Client - Our client is a leading global financial services conglomerate with established captive delivery centers in India. Their span of business includes Asset Management, Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking.

Job Description - Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be leading a team of 500 + FTEs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Growing capabilities platform by efficient streamlining of processes by way of automations, improvements & lean methodologies.

- Driving the BAU activities of the business, you will be focusing on continuous quality improvements & customer service experience.

- Building and growing a core team of payments & cash management operations experts supporting different countries & regions.

- Developing a mindset of control and productivity enhancement

- Being the face of the India center in global forums to discuss various issues in line with global agenda

The Successful Candidate - You will preferably have an MBA/Masters from a premier institute with atleast 12-15 years of experience in the transactional, Wholesale/Investment banking or Securities captive operations space. You will be an expert in Cash management and would have managed a team size of at least 300-400 FTEs. Exceptional communication & leadership skills, you will have a track record of success in driving productivity enhancement, technology & automation support to operations.
