Job Title: Sr. Development Manager
Qualification: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA,
Experience: 10- 15 Years
Location: Noida (Delhi/ NCR)
Client: One of the World’s Largest Product Development Organizations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Minimum 10+ years of software engineering or programming experience, with specific exposure to multi-tier application development. Experience reviewing requirements and developing designs from them. Minimum four years of management experience with technical/programming staff.
Skills, knowledge, and qualifications:
- Superior knowledge of programming languages (Microsoft Technologies, C#, .Net, ADO.Net).
- Strong understanding of the theory and logic of computer programming.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Innovative thinking in problem solving.
- Identify ways to optimize processes and develop assets by leveraging code for a particular project into other uses.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to conduct detailed analysis of project specifications, using generally accepted programming standards and techniques.
- Solid development experience in all aspects of software programming, using generally accepted tools and techniques
- Must have strong communication skills, able to work independently and be team oriented.
