Position Name: Senior Delivery Manager - Supply Chain Management

Job Description:

- Manage multiple projects within an account or multiple accounts; these projects/accounts could typically be of varying size & complexity & could have different phases, time lines

- Manage relationships with client(s), team(s) and internal group(s) to maximize delivery to quality and agreed timelines

- Manage day to day deliverable for customer and performing to the agreed customer KPI

- Resource Management while controlling scope and client expectations, handling and addressing escalations

- Should be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, seeking guidance where necessary to ensure work is completed

- Develop delivery practice in an account and able to optimize current business processes for profitability of the account

- Ability to conduct operational reviews with customers and Internal team(s).

- Should be able to actively analyze and report to customers and Management on KPI’s, Process, Gaps, Initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Project/Delivery Management experience of around 6-9 years

- Should be able to manage large project team(s) of more than 50+ team members

- Should be able to mentor/coach Project Managers/Team Leads, Motivate and provide Leadership to the team

- B.Tech/B.E in any discipline. PG in Management will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication and people management skills

- Strong leadership and analytical skills
