Sr Delivery Manager - SFDC/CRM

To manage delivery, build and maintain connect with one or more for one or more accounts within an assigned vertical or horizontal so as to increase EE Revenue and CSAT for the account (s)

Looking for Senior Delivery Manager for Noida.

Skill: CRM-Salesforce with 14+yrs experience.

- Managing multiple ASM project for clients across the globe

- Establishing best practice to increase client / user experience and driving operational excellence

- Should have achieved revenue targets, involved in P&L

- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions/review.

- Thinking out of the box and developing models for Shared services, excellence on SFDC products, reusable components and new services proposition to increase market share.

- Work with Pre-Sales and Marketing team to increase SFDC footprint

- Hands on CRM/SFDC experience
