About the Company:

- The Team of Analysts and Deal Managers in Mumbai are responsible for credit underwriting and portfolio management activities for deals originated (Project & Structured Finance Healthcare and Leveraged Finance) Business Vertical. This business vertical. among other things also focuses on lending to private equity or corporate backed leveraged finance deals across sectors and industries, with special focus on providing innovative financing solutions for the Healthcare sector across the globe.

General Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be responsible for assisting in underwriting activities with deal manager and / or deal originator. The candidate also will be responsible to timely and accurate risk assessment and monitoring of the company

Desired Background:

- MBA Finance/Engineers/CAs with 3 - 4 years of credit experience with Investment Bank, Credit Rating agencies etc. Candidate should be able to identify and present key risks involved in a deal and should possess good writing and presentation skills.

- Candidate should also have a very good understanding of the corporate financial statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet) and ability to analyze financial results along with report writing skills. Excellent communication skill is a must since the candidate will be part of a global team.

Work Hours: 11:30 am – 9:00 pm

Max Compensation: 10 Lacs
