Experience - 10-16 Yrs of Post MBA Experience

Education - MBA from Tier 1 Institute / Global MBA

Experience:

Required:

- 8 to 12 years of progressive business or consulting experience.

- An excellent, established track record of value realization in the context of consulting engagements.

- Experience working with - C- level executive clients.

- An MBA from a tier 1 institute

Specific experiences may be in one of the following areas:

- Quantitative corporate finance, valuation techniques, scenario building, financial benchmarking and translating financial analysis to business imperatives - Mandatory

- Experience in a consulting firm, with extensive experience in projects in which the primary stakeholder was the CEO; Chief Strategy Officer

- Consulting experience in Change Strategy; Corporate Restructuring; Exec Strategic Alignment; Growth Strategy; Market Entry Strategy

- Business/ Industry experience in broad based general management in blue chip organizations with cross-functional exposure

Key Competencies and Characteristics:

- This individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client and the global organization and interacting closely with the - C- level executives in a range of environments

- The individual should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

- The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

- The individual should have demonstrated entrepreneurial instinct

- The individual should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work
