Sr Consulting Manager - Oil & Gas

We have an immediate requirement for the positions at Sr. Managerial level in Consulting of OIL & GAS sectors for a leading Consulting company at Gurgaon.

Experience: 10-15 yrs

- Education: MBA with a good understanding of Operations/ Business development/ Consulting/ Business Strategy in overall Energy value chain – Upstream, Downstream and Gas

Roles & Responsibilities:
- To work closely with our Oil and Gas clients to help them raise their performance to new heights through strong knowledge of energy sector, industry practices, innovation areas and cutting-edge technology.

- Develop methodologies, develop point-of-view, research or white papers, and support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.

- Lead project teams in designing, developing and implementing leading consolidation and reporting solutions that is consistent with clients’ overall solution architecture

- Involved in Project delivery, Manage engagement risk, project planning and budgeting.

- Develop methodologies, develop point-of-view, research or white papers, and support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.

- Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm’s staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities

Extensive travel depending on geographical span.
