Sr Consulting Manager - Automotive

We have excellent job opportunity for Senior Manager with leading Consulting MNC!

Position: Senior Manager-Consulting

Location: Chennai/Pune

Exp: 11-15 years

Job Role: The individual will be expected to provide leadership to the "Automotive" segment. This will include helping shape the practice strategy, client acquisition strategy and devise mechanisms to ensure client expectations are met.

KRA:

- Consulting revenue and profitability

- Pull-Through Revenue

- Client Satisfaction Score

- New logos through consulting

- Selling / Leading Marquee consulting engagements

- Ability to identify new areas for solution development

Essential:

- 10 to 12 years experience (total) in the automotive and consulting industry

- Ideally, the candidate should have both industry experience and consulting experience (consulting experience - mandatory)

- Should have experience in selling and executing consulting engagements (Eg Operational excellence, dealer management, design planning, procurement, Parts planning, telematics etc)

- Should have a good understanding of the end-to-end value chain for key segments within the "Automotive" space

- Insightful knowledge in analyzing business processes, determining gaps with desired state of business and suggesting solutions.

- Should have led small - medium size consulting practice

- Familiarity with consulting in a global delivery model context is a must

- Practice Management basics - including program management / financials and operations / recruitment / managing SG&A etc

- Excellent communication skills - oral and written

Desirable:

- APICS / CSCP Certification

- Familiarity with standards like AUTOSAR
