The Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory (SSOA) practice advises clients to develop and implement - services globalization and management- strategies. The goal of the practice is to provide clients with the full suite of capabilities required to provision services and drive high value, sustainable transformation in their business services models. The group serves leading Indian and International clients with distributed operations globally and works as an integrated team spread across the member firms globally.

SSOA is part of the Management Consulting (MC) practice of the organization.

- To be part of the team, the individual should have:

- Technical skills to solve the problems of clients and have a complete understanding of the organizations services

- Ability to add value in complex analysis

- Ability to solve the problems to meet the needs of the clients by using a combination of intuition and analysis

The ability to grasp and understand the key issues in a case

- Good communication skills

- Regular client interface

- Business writing and presentation skills both oral and written that help to promote clarity and also present persuasive options

- Knowledge of regulatory and legal environment

- Ability to understand various industries and businesses

- Team worker along with an ability to lead teams

Key responsibilities:

- Spearhead small internal client facing teams and guide them to solution / delivery by executing the tasks that are part of overall assignment; lead modules of the engagement in small parts; interact with and present ideas / new perspectives to senior client personnel.

- Play a leading role in preparation of proposals and commercial bids. Contribute in preparation of points of view / intellectual property for the Management Consulting practice across domains and industrial sectors.

- Effectively deliver tasks on projects as guided by the Associate Director / Manager - in design, development, delivery and assistance with implementation of business advise / solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives and which reflect best practice

- Effectively engage client counterpart in discussions related to the tasks / project delivery and provide new perspectives / insights

- To monitor the performance of team members and provide them constant guidance and opportunities to explore new areas

- Initiate the process for specialization in any one industrial sector or solution area so as to have an independent point of view on the selected sector / solution that serves as the foundation for client service

- Network to build professional relationships within and outside the Firm

- To actively engage in knowledge learning, sharing and storing

- To find avenues to learn and contribute to the firms standards of code of conduct, ethics and client satisfaction standards

- To firmly adhere to the firm's standards on ethics and values

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (full time) - Only Premier Business Schools

- 3 to 6 years of relevant (consulting) experience
