Sector Expertise:
- In-depth domain knowledge and expertise in at least one of the following sectors: - Chemicals, Fertilisers, Engineering/EPC, Agri and Food Processing, Hi tech manufacturing, Industrial Products
Skills :
- Demonstrable leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and networking skills.
- In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment
- Expertise in two or more of the Functional areas listed: Procurement / Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Sales and Marketing / Strategy / Finance

Job Role:
Client service delivery/execution
- Manage multiple projects, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization
- Lead the delivery / execution of engagements - delivering high quality and managing brand and client expectations
Knowledge Management:
- Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and POVs (point-of-view)
- Contribute to knowledge development and management
Business development:
- Understand and articulate client needs; develop solutions and value propositions in line with client needs
- Manage clients & accounts and build professional relationships
- Meet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients
- Demonstrate significant industry / solution expertise
People Management :

Academic Qualifications:
B.E. / B.Tech. (Only Premier institutes like IITs, NITs) or CA + MBA (Only from premier institutes such as IIMs, NMIMS, NITIE, SP Jain, FMS.) with a good academic background
Experience 7 to 9 years of relevant post MBA experience
Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background (Business Excellence / Functional role) or Entrepreneurial experience with significant expertise in the areas listed - Business Transformation, Business Process Re-engineering, Market Assessment, Post-merger Integration, Strategy and Business Planning, Sales and Marketing Improvement / Transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management / Transformation
