Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering from Premier Engineering Institutes, with a cut-off % at 70 and above.

You could also look at candidates with Bachelors in Economics / IT from good universities

MBA from Premier B Schools

Job Role:

Senior Consultant

Must have basic proficiency / skills

- Strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills

- Should be presentable, confident in approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy. Should be assertive and able to influence.

- Should possess excellent data analytical skills, and have the ability to work across spreadsheets on analytics using macros in excel [advanced] with key functions and make professional presentations. Problem Solving Skills are a core requirement.

- The candidate needs to have excellent work ethic, business acumen, the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.

- The candidate should have hands on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure (as demonstrated by their academic, co-curricular or extracurricular successes).

- Should be willing to stay at client locations for long period of time, which may be away from base location.

Must have experiences in

- Sales & marketing strategy

- Market assessment

- Sales planning

- Channel partner management

- Sales processes/Territory planning / Key account management etc.
