- Conceptualize Design and Execute analytical models to embed within our Customer Analytics Product.
- Test model performance against competitive approaches to evolve concurrent or alternative paths.
- Work with Product Management team on development of Roadmap.
- Work with Engineering Teams to develop and deploy analytic code components.
- Work with the Functional Team to define business use cases for acquisition, retention and campaign analytic
modules.
- Be the Solutions Consultant on customer deployments for Pre-Sales Consulting, and user adoption
workshops.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/Advanced Masters Degree in Quantitative Sciences/ MBA with Marketing (specializing in
Quant Mktg) or MBA in Operations Research.
- This role is that of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and requires strong orientation in developing and deploying
quantitative analytical models in consumer marketing and customer analytics domains, specifically in Retail,
CPG, Hospitality or Telco industries. Broad experience range for this role would be in the region of 4 & 8
years.
- This role would also call for experience across optimization techniques, simulation techniques and statistical
modeling methods.
- Strong in depth expertise in SAS, R and Excel Solver.
- Analytics product development experience would be an added advantage.
- Possess functional understanding of the application of analytical techniques to address marketing objectives
in consumer industries.
- Possess strategic orientation/thinking and Project Management skills in complex deployment scenario.
