Sr Consultant - Innovation Evangelist - Telecom

Innovation Evangelist will lead solutions strategy and development initiatives to drive new business growth in areas of opportunities like Machine to Machine (M2M), Mobility, and Cloud .This position will drive the division’s innovation lab and be responsible to support new business innovations and developing strategy and capability development for customer projects and solutions

Responsibilities:

- Establishes the strategic vision for the division to support innovations

- Acts as a steward for research and development projects, study of new opportunities and maintenance of lab environment to test and demonstrate new solutions and capabilities

- Provides leadership to the division’s new solutions initiatives

- Works with business development, capture and line operations executives to develop the concept of operations for new business opportunities

- Serves as the solution lead for capture and proposal activities, leading the development of the technical approach and generation of technical volumes of proposals.

- Meets with senior leaders and industry executives to gather business requirements and discuss technical solutions

- Collaborates with business development, executives to develop innovation roadmap and recommend solutions for research and development

- Develops and maintain external relationships with technology and solution partners

- Maintains the portfolio of technical capabilities

- Participates in other corporate initiatives and special assignment as required

Qualifications& Experience:

- MS in engineering from a reputed institute and minimum of more than 3 years of experience in M2M space

- PH.D is added advantage

- Have Experience in driving innovative solutions and business opportunities.

- Strong writing and presentation skills

- Ability to think and act strategically and proactively

- Experience in speaking at large engagement or oral proposal evaluations

- Must have experience leading development of written solution proposals

- Ability to discuss and innovate in a wide range of disciplines including M2M, mobility, network, infrastructure management, web application architecture, software development and cloud integration.

- Has demonstrated experience in use of Agile methodology

- Proven leadership, communication and collaborative skills

- Having Patents is an added advantage.
