Sr Consultant - EAM - Mfg Domain

Title: Consultant 2 / Sr Consultant

Education qualification: B.E. Instrumentation / Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 7-10 Years

Work Location: Bangalore

Mandatory Skills:

- Working experience on Avantis or Maximo or Meridian

- Working experience on MBO Customizations, Bean classes, and Field Validation classes.

- Should be aware of installing EAM products which also includes (Configuring clustered environment, LDAP Settings).

- Should be able to provide workaround solutions for complex requirements.

- Client interaction skills.

- Conducting workshops with clients and gather requirements.

- Experience on preparing Functional and Technical specification documents.

Requirement:

- Implementation Experience in any one of the EAM products (Avantis/Maximo/Meridian/Oracle EAM/SAP EAM/Infor)

- Experience in any of these domains (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)

- Experience in analyzing business and application objective to meet the customer’s needs for all modules in EAM solutions.

- Experience in requirement gathering related to plant maintenance.

- Experience in Design and implement workflow for planned and unplanned maintenance activity/purchase and inventory.

- Experience in customization of the EAM applications as per customer business process.

- Experience in Interfacing EAM with any third part ERP products, Control system (DCS) through OPC products (Opto, Kepware, Matrikon, Softing etc)

- Knowledge in KSS standards.

- Knowledge in SQL will be added advantage.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Responsible in Pre-Sales, Requirements Discussion, Installation, Configuration, Support phases of Avantis projects including User Training

- Provide Consulting Services for Avantis

- Offshore and Onsite support for Avantis Solution Development and Implementation

Travel: 30 – 40 %. Willing to travel short term and long term.

Ideal Candidate: Should have done at least a couple of full EAM implementation in manufacturing domain (oil & Gas or F&B) using tools like Avantis or Maximo or Meridian. Any experience in Infor, SAP, Oracle EAM would also be considered.
