Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities/Duties

- Work independently to collect and analyze business requirements gathered from conducting regular discussions with stakeholders from various management levels such as project managers and business/IT users, required for current projects and/or system;

- Provide the solutions for requirements in the event of inability to cater to the difference between system and client's requirement;

- Formalize and implement the requirement documents and testing case by the language client required;

- Conduct the system testing by preparing the test cases for UAT and demonstrating the software features;

- Participates in the insurance system development and maintenance of project implementation;

Desirable Qualification/Experience/Knowledge/Skills

- Bachelor degree or above in insurance, mathematics and statistics or relative discipline; - Minimum 5 years working experiences with more than 2 years’ business consultant working experience of core system development in big insurance company, IT service company, consulting firm and etc; Well understand the whole business operation process and products of insurance;

- Experience of designing and implementing projects of insurance system in IT dept of insurance company is preferred;

- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English is a must. Japanese/French/German/Portuguese/Spanish ...is a plus.

- Prove ability to work independently in pure English environment with strong collaboration skills;

- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment

- Proven global expertise and perspective; executive level presence and influence

- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

- Excellent business acumen and industry acumen

Senior Consultant

- Result orientation, fast learner, open mind and creative;

- LOMA, SOA…certification is a plus
