Role: Senior Consultant

Location: Gurgaon

Job description

- Play a key role in developing audit project plans, allocating resources, and leading staff members.

- Determine procedures necessary to achieve the desired results. Draft original work programs appropriate for assignment.

- Determine whether areas reviewed are performing control activities in compliance with applicable policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with both organizational objectives and high standards of administrative practice.

- Report findings and make recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies, improvements in operations, and reductions in cost.

Required qualifications

- Post graduate qualification as a CA/MBA

- Required experience of 2-4 years in internal and/or external audit, process re-engineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, finance function or risk management function at a Top Corporate.

- Excellent communication, relationship building and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to travel for 50% of the time.
