We have very urgent requirement with one of our client based out in Mumbai.

Positions: Sr Consultant/Assistant Manager/Manager

Details are provided below:

Required qualifications and skill sets for the immediate role

- Required experience of 2-5 / 5+ / 7+ years of audit experience (internal or statutory) in Banking / financial services company or risk management / stat audit profiles with the Big 4 consulting firms, with specific experience in Banking / financial services covering:

1. Accounts / finance reviews comprising of US / Indian GAAP, inter-co. accounting, consolidation, accruals, month / quarter end procedures, close the books (CTB), GL and c/center account opening/closing test samples, accounts payable, trade capture, or

2. Regulatory / Compliance roles (KYC, AML, Insider Trading, local regulatory compliances (eg. SEBI, RBI, etc.), Vendor Management, Capital Adequacy requirements, etc.

- Review, analyze and trend key metrics the Internal Audit department obtains from business and review the same (Compliance, Finance, and HR), e.g. CAAT enabled mandatory vacation testing

- Analysis of incident reports pertaining to CAG areas

- Finance: Experience in valuations, general ledger accounting and Product Control would be preferable

- Compliance - experience supporting financial institutions with banking, securities, investment management, anti-money laundering and/or anti-corruption compliance experience.
