Role : Cloud Sales Specialist  As Cloud Sales Specialist you will:   - Lead a team of APAC Cloud and IT Solutions Specialists to drive growth of client Cloud and IT Services  - Manage Strategic alliance with OEM, ISV, GSI  - Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual performance of the team  - Drive a high performance, customer first culture in your team  - Drive the growth strategy for Cloud and IT Services in a given region  - Provide executive leadership on strategic sales opportunities  - Represent client at Analyst and Industry events building the Client brand in your market  - Build strong working relationships with the broader regional and APAC leadership team  - Be a passionate customer advocate to stakeholders in Service, Operations, Product Management etc.  - Develop your team members to maximise their potential   Desired Skills and Experience:  - Experienced sales leader with track record of success in building and developing high performance sales teams  - Background in selling and managing sales teams in Cloud and IT Services in a global organisation.  - Strong problem solving, conflict management and teaming skills  - Excellent presentation and speaking skills  - Executive level network in your chosen industry  - Track record of success in a global organisation.  - Experience in managing a P&L  - 8-14 Year experience   - MBA from reputed institute
