Sr Business Consultant - Mfg/Retail/FMCG - IIM/IIT

Our Client US based Engineering Consulting Company is looking for Sr Business Consultant for India.

Position Profile:

Practice Description:

- Incumbent will be responsible for bringing in new business in areas of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and related Analytics.

- He / She will be directly working with clients in India in Manufacturing (Auto / Auto Components / Discrete / Engineering), FMCG and Retail Sectors to develop business, deliver business and manage client satisfaction.

- Incumbent will be accountable for working within the strategic directions set by the Managing Director of India and other senior leadership of CGN.

Experience:

- ~ 10 - 12 years Consulting and Industry experience with at least 5 years of working in a Consulting / Professional Services organisation.

- Specific experience of Operations / Manufacturing in Automotive, Auto Component, FMCG, Retail or other Engineering Industries in India, preferably international client exposure.

Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon

Overseas Location:

- Currently not envisaged. Incumbent will be expected to travel to ASEAN and Middle East on business related requirements.

Qualification:

- BE / B. Tech. and MBA Operations.

- Preference will be given to candidates from premier institutes - IIT (M, B, D, Kgp, K), IIM (A, C, B, L), NIT, NITIE, BITS-Pilani, SP Jain.

- Client Management, Delivery of Client Satisfaction

- Industry Expertise, Creation and Delivery of a Point of View and Subject Matter Expertise on topics of interest to clients

- Leadership and Mentoring of Consultants

Technical Skills / Knowledge:

- Certified Six Sigma / World Class Manufacturing / Lean Manufacturing

- Deep & Proven Expertise in one of the areas of Supply Chain - Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Warehousing, Asset Management

- Exposure to business technology - ERP, SCM, Analytics.

- Expertise in using mathematical models and statistical approaches for analysing business problems
