Experience
- 5-6 years (if MBA/Equivalent) / 8-10 years(Graduate) of total work experience, preferably in US Benefit Administration Industry (Health & Benefits or Defined Benefits ).
- Specific exposure towards Requirement Analysis activities in Benefits administration projects for at least 3 years.
JOB Description
The Implementation Services Requirements Analyst will provide support to the Requirements Lead throughout the define, design and deployment phases of the implementation. Working with the Requirements Lead, the Requirements Analyst will perform a range of duties including, but not limited to -
- Attending Requirement Workshops (Listening only)
- Participating in Requirement Walkthrus with Implementation Project Team
- Actively participates in business meetings or conference calls internal or external as identified for Project Implementation
- Using discovery material and pre-requisite completed requirement documents populate requirements documents with client specific information, calculation examples, and data mapping. Coordinate updates with applicable data and config resources
- Following the established project plan
- Reviewing the statement of work in partnership with the Requirements Lead
- Reviewing plan documentation and analyzing/interpreting this information to create requirements.
- Updating templates with client specific information
- Peer reviewing completed requirements documents
- Ensuring executed requirements documents are accurately archived for ongoing and audit reference
- Providing conversion and ongoing servicing support
- Ensure final requirements information is available to ongoing team and ensure approval database captures all documents and is available for ongoing team and/or future audits.
- Evaluate the Requirement Management Activities, process and provides recommendations to Requirement Leads / Management on process improvements
- Liaisons with GOSS Configuration and Testing Teams for requirement clarifications or updates
- Adherence to all MMC polices on compliance and professional standards
- Demonstrates excellent written communication, verbal and listening skills
Knowledge and skills
- Must be telepresentable with excellent verbal communication skills possesing the ability to clearly interact via conference call to a wide range of audience.
- Requires 3+ years of strong experience in the line of business they are supporting
- Possesses very strong Domain Knowledge with extensive understanding of core concepts and practices within to the company's benefits adminstration capabilities (H&B, DB)
Should be flexible to work in standard US hours as required in the Projects.
- 5:30 pm to 2:30 am
- Otherwise Flexible Based on Project/Program Critical Schedule
