Position: Senior Business Analyst

Reporting To: VP, Business Unit

Requirement for a MNC IT Services company for its offshore business unit.

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for the creation of an accurate business requirements document and obtaining stakeholder and senior management’s approval;

- Performs analysis and facilitates stakeholder consensus to create documented, agreed upon functional and non-functional business requirements and specifications;

- Responsible for supervising junior analysts and mentoring other team members in the Business Analysis discipline;

- Makes recommendations to management and senior management where appropriate regarding changes in on-going resource requirements, job functions, and / or business processes. Seeks out and secures support from ICT management and senior management in the organization to address these organizational requirements;

- Manages continuous process improvement initiatives. Defines and manages initiative scope; identifies and obtains required initiative resources (staff, consultants, etc.). Plans, coordinates, and directs project activities and assigns work to team members. Identifies risk factors and addresses these in a timely manner and reports progress to the initiative sponsor;

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education:(UG - Engineering) and (PG - MBA/PGDM)

- Minimum 4 years’ experience functioning as a business analyst in a private or public sector organization;

- Extensive industry experience in business needs identification and assessment; solution delivery methodologies, tools, techniques and trends; and business case development;

- Advanced proficiency in requirements gathering and documenting; business process modelling and improvement, analysis; requirements traceability; acceptance test planning and execution;
