- To build the Brand as the Category Leader in the business and drive growth.
Job Description / Key Deliverable:
- Develop brand and communication strategy & entry strategies for new markets.
- Identify key consumer / market segments and create solutions.
- Competition, Market and margin analysis.
- Responsible for demand generation and Growing Revenue.
The essential Candidate specifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
- Brand Management experience with consumer brands
- Ability to work with ad agencies, research agencies etc..
- Project Management capabilities
- Ability to influence & Excellent communication skills
- Commercial acumen
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships
Internal / External Interactions - Both
- Internal : CEO, CMO, Function Heads at the corporate and local levels in staff and operation functions.
- External : Media ,Clients, Vendors, Contractors, Govt. Agencies, local authorities
