Online Market leader is looking to hire "Rockstars" to join & build their Brand Team
Role:
- Decide the marketing mix and finalize media strategies to drive optimum demand across all cities/products
- Create the marketing calendar; devise and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans across offline and online media to meet the desired communication objectives
- Act as an interface with the Media agencies and vendors to ensure implementation of ATL and BTL campaigns
- Work to identify the best RoI initiatives to build awareness and encourage trial across channels - Print, Radio, SEM, TV, etc
- Design and execute consumer research across the company and specific categories
- Work with the Senior leaders to build the overall brand vision, guidelines and positioning
- Will be instrumental in building & developing brand platform, developing the ecosystem
- Lead a Brand-relations team to identify strategic partners, negotiate better terms of trade and deals for our customers
- Ensure execution of Brand store strategy charter.
- Work closely with Category, Customer Platform and marketing teams to identify these levers and execute on them.
- Create a comprehensive Brand management strategy and governance framework
Business strategy
- Develop the business model: Go deep, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business model to service the opportunities
- Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
- Know the customer: Understand connected customer behavior, develop new customer insights
- Know the competition: Understand on-line and off-line players. React as and when necessary in an appropriate manner
- Influence the leadership: Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required
- Hands On: Understand & build business right from scratch & build something on his own.
