Sr Brand Manager for a leading Food & Beverages major based at Bangalore

Job Profile

- Ensure implementation of marketing plan and closely monitor various aspects of the plan to check for plan performance in line with business objective

- Gain consumer insight through market visits, first hand interaction with consumers, initiating market research where required and use this as an input into plan development.

- Develop a marketing strategy for the portfolio brands

- Ensure development of individual brand plans, activity charts for all focus brand/market combinations

- Constantly look at new opportunities in various markets in terms of SKUs, possible brand introductions, suggest new product launches, etc.

- Be abreast of the emerging trends in the market place and align marketing plan with the changing market dynamics.

PROFITABILITY: Responsibility limited to ensuring optimum utilisation of marketing budgets, and restraining the spends within specified limits

ANNUAL BUDGETING for the Brands being handled.

Skills

- MBA in Marketing from a premier B school with 5-8Years

- Prior exposure to brand management involving conceptualisation and implementation of activation programs, liaison with media/advertising agencies, basic understanding of Market research.

At least 2 years of sales experience mandatory...
