Sr BDM ( Staffing Services ) @ Mumbai, India   We are looking for relevant candidates to fill the following position with a leading client in staffing services domain.  Position : Sr BDM  Education : UG/ PG/ MBA  Experience : 5 - 7 years. Only services sales experience to corporate accounts being considered, staffing industry exposure preferred. Corporate sales exposure to dot com amd media companies will also fit in.   Location : Mumbai ( Only Mumbai based candidates being considered )  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - This is an individual contributor role in National strategic accounts team with responsibility of acquiring large ticket accounts. Person should be in acquisition role from corporate sales background with 5 - 7 years of overall experience.  - His/ her recent/current role should be in corporate sales. He/ she will be responsible for finding new prospects for the business.   - Should have basic decision making skills and the ability to do hierarchy mapping for the prospects. Hierarchy mapping refers to the ability to understand who, in the client/associate's side, has the authority to take decisions. This depends on the analytical skills of the person.   - To have a proper understanding about the budget. This includes not to overspend and to decide in advance how much is to be spent in what areas.   - Working towards achieving the given targets. Performing competition mapping. Doing existing account mining. This involves identifying which accounts are more important and which are less.   - Understanding the standard processes within the organization and have commitment towards the customer. Should have good communication and presentation skill  - Good negotiation and probing skills, Good knowledge about geography, Interpersonal skills, People management, Analytical skills and knowledge of numbers, Passion for sales  - Good market understanding, Perception reading ability, Trainable and flexible.
