Sr BDM - Luxury Real Estate - HNI - Startup

Silverpeople is retained by its client to build landing team for new business unit in luxury segment. The client is well funded one of the major players in Real Estate industry. We are looking for passionate business development managers who can work in start up environment with a flat structure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Need to plan, open and manage key accounts across Banking/NBFC, High end brokers, retail clients

- Analyze and develop the offering for their respective segments

- Deliver again sector specific KPIs

- Manage and expand your teams

- Work very closely with Cat. Manager to develop and execute the business strategy

- Prepare reports and help Sr management in planning and forecasting activities

Preferred Skills (If any):

- Sales & BD Experience in Real Estate/Banking/HNI Account Management

- Strong problem solvers

- Existing HNI network would be very valuable

- Easygoing, stable personalities, apolitical and enthusiastic

- Highly presentable, confident and strong communicators

- Trust worth with unblemished track-records

Education: MBA from a good institute
