Sr. Business Development Manager

Position: Sr. Business Development Manager

Experience - 10+ years

Location - Pune

Experience: 8-10 years Sales/Business Development Experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsibilities include creation of annual sales plans, need and opportunity analysis

- Identifying focus areas and target customers- lead generations, creating and delivering proposals and presentations

- Generating wins, creating strong reference accounts, managing key accounts

- Strong networking skills should be able to cross sell IT product and product engineering/solutions.

- Should have worked on partner/alliance network development

- Should have managed sales/pre-sales teams

- Budgeting, forecasting revenue streams

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 10-12 yrs of sales experience

- Strong existing professional network

- Strong leadership skills to lead a sales team

- Excellent verbal and written communication; self motivated, dynamic, team player, result driven, relationship builder, independent worker.

- Must be currently selling for or should have sold in the past for a small to mid-sized IT Services Company.

- Good to have international IT Services sales exposure – US, Europe and APAC

- Product sales experience is a plus.

- Should be technology savvy

- Should be able to quickly articulate the problem statement (problem identification)

- Should be able to rapidly visualize a potential high level solution (along with the technical specialist)

- Should be a strong negotiator, and have the ability to position the value/price

- MBA is a plus
