Senior Business Development Manager (International Sales) – Unicommerce eSolutions Pvt. Ltd. (2-4 yrs)

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree/ M.B.A in any discipline or equivalent related technical experience. (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Experience:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience

Compensation:-

- Negotiable (Not a constraint for right people)

Job Description & Skill Sets:

Our plans are to address the international markets. Prime responsibilities will include:

1. Develop Go To Market Strategy for International markets - identify geographies (SE Asia, Middle East, US, etc.) which are suitable for Unicommerce.

2. Study other solutions offered in these markets and identify unmet / underserved needs in these markets

3. Identify target customer set – ecommerce players and their vendors.

4. Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives.

5. Perform appropriate prospecting and screening activities to identify qualified prospects for new business development.

6. Use the consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections and maximize sales activity.

7. Establish and maintain good public relations and networking within the community to develop new business.

8. Generating new accounts as well as expanding existing ones.

9. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by Optimal Solutions and awareness of the competition.

10. Develop proposals in response to RFPs and direct sales efforts.

11. Possess strong presentation skills and ability to prepare and deliver business presentations to clients and vendors.

12. Experienced in prospecting, and developing relationships at Senior Executive levels, in small, mid level, and enterprise level accounts.

13. The ability to plan, organize and manage sales effort in identified accounts, as well as cold calling.

14. Work with technology team for sharing feedback and enhancing product offering.

15. Establish appropriate distribution channels and alliances.

16. Should have proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and exposure to international markets, we require an entrepreneurial perspective manager.

17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills must.
