Senior Business Development Manager
- Incumbent should have more than 10 years of proven track record of selling services/ solutions
- Should have strong business acumen in the area of engineering design services.
- Must be able to develop and execute sales plans with proper market intelligence and strategies.
- Must be able to comprehensively map large accounts and identify and appoint regional strategic partners
- Should possess strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Must be Organized and analytical and must be able to handle sales objections through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Must be able to thrive in a time-pressured environment.
- Must be self-motivated with a proven track record of leading from the front and hand on sales experience.
- Deep sales acumen with ability to prospect, qualify and close mid/large size business deals
- A record of Strong client relationship including C-Level relationship management
- Knack to penetrate corporate accounts and sell services and projects in highly competitive environment
- Resourceful with impeccable communication skills. Passionate towards Sales, willing to take challenges and meet and exceed revenue sales targets consistently.
Education:
- Preferably graduate with MBA in Marketing or International Business. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the desire and ability to travel are essential to this position.
