Senior Manager- Business Development - Noida, Delhi NCR

- This role requires a seasoned professional, skilled at building business relationships and at working across organizational boundaries and influencing key decision-makers at client’s end.

- This position is focused on accomplishing Fiscal Year and long term growth strategies, and bringing to market new or expanded service offerings and growth initiatives.

- We are looking for an experienced professional, with the right mix of technical and business experience, to focus on achieving and exceeding revenue and performance goals.

1. Approach selling from a business solution perspective to ensure that Mobicules’ services accurately address the customer/client's true business need.

2. Translate business goals of ‘new customer acquisition and rapid growth’ into actionable plans and strategies that reflect the requirements and opportunities within the assigned target accounts. Aligns target account and market opportunities with upstream strategic plans and metrics.

3. Build, monitor and orchestrate sales pipelines to ensure continuous population of near and long term opportunities; manage the size, shape and quality of pipeline; analyze overall win rates and win/loss ratios.

4. Understand the overall strategic direction and portfolio of the company, and assist in customizing solutions based on client needs.

5. Contribute to enduring executive relationships at the client's organization; establish professional relationships and credibility with key IT and business executives in support of other established relationships with the client.

6. Stay abreast with industry and competitive research and information to enable rich client dialogue; maintain an understanding of client business challenges, industry trends and markets; demonstrate the knowledge to position and map Mobicules’ capabilities that align to client business objectives and initiatives.

7. Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

8. Monitor and evaluate the activities and service offering of the competition.

9. Drive new sales and move sales opportunities to closure through demos, presentations, proof of concept, creating responses to request for proposals, participation in marketing events.

10. Develop concise, complete and compelling sales messages, and negotiate complex situations.

Lead generation in the International market. Resource will be required to sell the web and mobile application development services through meeting clients, Networking, online marketing, email marketing and social media marketing (Quora/LinkedIn etc.)

Able to understand client's requirements and propose the right platforms/frameworks and technology solutions to the clients.

11. Target oriented approach to achieve the allocated sales numbers as well surety on profitability.
Understanding client requirements broadly in the pre-sales phase and communicating to the team. Good overall understanding/ knowledge of web/mobile technologies especially PHP Framework/Platforms and Smartphone Applications.

Engaging Technical Team for proposal making and ensure seamless handover after successful project engagement.

12. Post Sales Support and engagement of existing accounts.

13. Ability to think out of box, innovate, strategize and work towards uniquely branding the organization.

14. Develop the foundation for many new client accounts and strategically nurture the already existing client accounts making cold calls to explore new business opportunities.

15. Assist in the recruiting, training and development of Sales Representatives.

May manage 2 or more Sales Representatives/Assistants.
