Manager/Sr. Manager- Business Development
- Work with Regional Head in developing and executing business development strategy and plan across multiple verticals including, Automotive,BFSI,FMCG/Retail,Lifesciences.
- Lead Regional expansion and act as a true hunter in defined vertcials.
- Be part of new setup in Mumbai office.
- Create and maintain Solid CXO Level Relationship and Analyze business opportunities.
- Due-Diligence, Handling Critical Issues, Pricing & Contract Negotiation skills are essential.
- Organising and Ensuring active participation of Sales in Industry events.
- Working closely with Lepton's partner like Google and Pitney Bowes and incorporating the broader go-to-market plans.
- Continual competitive research and analysis to determine areas for growth.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Sets examples for team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and
work habits.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Hunting role and Sales Management.
- B.E/B.Tech or equivalent + M.B.A(Preferably) from premier institutes
- Experience in selling enterprise software, BI/BA/CRM/ERP solutions in large, complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Must have worked in atleast one of the verticals out of Automotive,Lifesciences,FMCG/Retail, BFSI
- Must have established relationship with key decision makers in atleast 1 of the defined verticals.
- Must have carried and performed with annual Sales target of USD 400K+ business as individual contributor in last 2 years.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team.
- An effective communicator & team leader combined with flexible & detail oriented attitude with ability to interact effectively with people.
