About the client: A social enterprise focusing on making a significant difference to road safety in India. Established to deliver training programs and advisory services with the objective of reducing road accidents in India.
Purpose of the Role:
- To generate sales ready leads and opportunities and be responsible to nurture the leads to make them sales ready.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities and creating inroads leading to successful meetings.
- Planning and preparing business proposals, presentations and other Sales and BD collateral including client case studies, testimonials, etc.
- Conducting thorough follow-up on all leads to achieve closures.
- Designing and implementing customer satisfaction surveys.
- Soliciting client feedback and conveying the same to training services team.
- Maintaining healthy relationship with all clients.
- Identifying and participating in networking opportunities.
- Recruiting interns and/or full-time staff to support Sales/BD activities as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a regular college
Prior Experience: Experience: 5 years of experience or above in B2B sales of services. Candidate with the background of sales & business development in transport and automobile companies would be preferred.

This position is not relevant for candidates with educational sales background.
