We are looking for Sr.Business Analyst / Business Analyst (3-8 Years) professionals for our Leading client (Fortune 10 US MNC IT Companies) based at DelhiNCR & Hyderabad.

- Use your Sharp Analytical Skill to help us conduct and manage outcomes of various studies which include reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning!

- Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models.

- Also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

- Healthcare domain experience is a preferable

- Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning.

- They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models.

- They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

- Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

- Works with less structured, more complex issues.

- Serves as a resource to others.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field

- 2+ year of experience in business/finance with analysis experience, programming, and reporting with a solid understanding of data storage structures.

- Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

- Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.

- 1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation).

- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.

- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures.
