About our Client - Our client is a Leading Investment Bank with full suite of financial product offering to their clients across the globe. India has been growing as the centre of excellence for key investment banking functions and in order to accentuate the growth within the business, the client is looking at seasoned finance professional to be a part of the Internal Audit team based out of Mumbai.

Job Description - Your responsibilities include:

- Plan, execute and report a series of single audits as agreed with line manager and/or team leader

- Interaction with key stakeholders during the audits

- Improve quality of the audits by posing appropriate challenges

- Provide and/or evaluate information and opinion in response to ad-hoc management requests

- Occasionally lead audits as agreed with line manager and with appropriate coaching and supervision

- Share knowledge, experience and best practices while proposing improvements

- Support audit team colleagues in their performance and development by providing performance feedback

The Successful Candidate - You will be a qualified CA with around 3-5 years of post-qualification work experience in Internal Audit. You will also have Experience in and exposure to Investment Banking and capital markets. You will display initiative and respond enthusiastically to tasks allocated, you also accept responsibility readily and demonstrate business professionalism. You will be well presented and have exceptional communication skills.
