Job details:
The role involves the following:
- Monthly Payroll (inputs, changes, funding, providing information to payroll accounting team etc)
- Registration/de-registration of starts & leavers on benefits
- Payroll annual activities (year end, annual bonus)
- Payroll queries – Employee queries
- Payroll accounting queries/audit
- Ensure HR systems are updated with new hires, leavers, changes etc
- Prepare employment contracts/amend contracts, reference letters, termination letters etc
- Ensure mandatory documents are send through by new joiners
- Conduct exit surveys
- Onboarding & offboarding process
- Co-ordinate with vendors (payroll provider, benefits, pension etc)
- Ensure data integrity between payroll & HR system, regular checks and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy & completeness
Skills Required for this Job
- Must be Graduate
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR/Payroll domain
- Mandatory Region they’ve supported - South Asia/Singapore/HK/Indonesia
