Senior Associate Operations

There is an urgent opening with a Leading Internet Marketing MNC at Bangalore. The company having headquartered in Bangalore, has its operations in China, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Spain & Netherlands, either directly or through strategic partnerships, and are aggressively expanding into more markets.

For this position, of Senior Associate Operations, the company is looking at someone who has experience in,

1. Campaign launch and optimization activities

2. Identifying areas of process improvements and contributing on the same

3. Identify issues, structure business problems & hypotheses, conduct analysis and develop rec-ommendations

4. Interfacing with global vendors for advertising inventory acquisition

5. Peer work review and ensuring strict QC standards are met in own projects

6. Interact with clients and ensure client delight

7. Managing campaigns in a way that set revenue and margin targets are achieved

8. Multi-functional team interfacing to resolve campaign related issues

9. Contributing to product development activities in the company

10. Induction / Mentoring of new recruits

Qualifications required are,

1. Experience: 1 to 3 years post MBA

2. Able to analyze large volumes of data and come up with deep insights

3. Capable of identifying issues and structuring business problems & hypotheses, adept at conducting supporting analyses

4. Able to formulate conclusions and develop recommendations

5. Works to foster positive work environment

6. Understanding of internet and/or media domains is a plus

7. Education: MBA, B.E./B.Tech
