Roles & responsibilities :

Mission :

- Handle multi specialty medical coding transitions across all geographies per the business need

- Understand the project scope and complexity.

- Identify the skill set required

- Deliver all transition projects in line with the six sigma based SHS Transition Methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting etc- ) in alignment with the PMO team.

- Monitor the programs/project ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and implement the appropriate corrective actions as required

- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in framing intelligent solutions/transition plans for multiple RFP's responses

- Monitor, publish, implement change control & highlight commercial deviations during the transition phase of a project.

- Review the outcomes of the Transition Projects to determine any corrective actions that may be taken to improve future delivery in terms of cost, quality and customer satisfaction

- Transition + Coding role

Competencies :

- Experience: Having transitioned at least minimum 10-20 FTE coding projects of multiple complexities and specialties

- Must have done one onsite transition

- PMP/Six Sigma qualification, would be an added advantage

- Onsite Transition is must.

- IP Coding

Shift time : Day Shift or Rotational

Transportation ( if rotational, post 9 PM will be provided)
